Snail mail is just mail! It's physical mail that arrives slower than an e-mail which is why its called 'snail' mail. It's not boring bills though, something much more fun!

For customers in the UK it takes 3-4 days and for international customers up to 10 working days.

Yes! You can request to get your letter tracked, it is an additional cost though. The intention behind snail mail is that its slow and stress free - don't worry about the exact date it will get to you, it takes time but trust the mailing process. Get in touch on the contact page if you'd like tracking requested!

Yes, each month members always receive a letter, a sticker, and a photograph. The other contents vary, but are always relevant to the month's theme. Check out pictures of previous months to get an idea of what's included.

Nothing! Shipping for the mail club is factored into the price of the product so that there's no extra cost at checkout.
For other products such as the stickers, there is an additional cost, but it is kept as low as possible!
